Memory Care Facility
The Village at Meadow Creek is a Memory Care facility being built in rural Minnesota. The innovative concept is consistent with Dehli Development’s use of natural light. Individual cottages will be built in clusters of 4 units of mixed sizes and arranged to create small 'neighborhoods'. This neighborhood of 4 to 6 residents provides a familiar small group of people to connect with many times each day.
Natural light will pour through the skylights during the day and starlight will be seen at night.
The neighborhood clusters of 4 cottages each opens to the Village Center, filled with trees, green space, plantings, familiar daily work opportunities and activities – all designed in a circular pathway so residents will feel safe – never lost.
Walls of glass with views to the meadow create a serene energy for all.
